Work
Two ventures, both early. I have described them at the stage they are actually at rather than the stage that would read better, because a research page one click away asks people to check my claims and it would be strange to make claims here that cannot be checked.
IronMemo
A meeting assistant that captures, transcribes and summarises conversations. It sits in a crowded category, and I am under no illusions about that. What it gives me that a literature review does not is a first-hand view of the gap this whole line of work is about: how much of what a tool saves in minutes ever becomes a decision anybody makes differently.
Electrical services and transformer maintenance
A field-services company. The engineering side belongs to my business partner — I am not an engineer and do not present myself as one. My side is starting and running the business.
It matters to the research for a reason that has nothing to do with electricity. Almost everything written about enterprise AI adoption is drawn from firms that were already digital. A small services company that keeps its schedule on paper is the harder and far more common case, and it is the one I can watch from the inside.
Stage, stated plainly. Neither venture has revenue. The services company has not yet had its first client. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of commercial traction, and if that changes this page will change with it.
